The Maison

An Atelier Born of Obsession.

Founded in the winter of 2014, Voyara began as a quiet rebellion against the ordinary. Our founder, a third-generation pâtissier, believed that the humble donut deserved the same reverence as a French macaron — the same precision, the same poetry, the same pursuit of perfection.

Today, every Voyara donut is a testament to that belief. We source European butter from Normandy, vanilla from Madagascar, chocolate from single-origin estates in Ecuador. We rest our dough for twenty-four hours. We finish each piece by hand. No shortcuts. No compromises. Only craft.

Without exception. Our pâtissiers begin their work before dawn, and every Voyara donut is crafted, finished, and dispatched within the same day. We do not sell day-old product. We do not freeze. Freshness is not a promise — it is our practice.
We offer same-day courier service within the New York metropolitan area, and nationwide shipping via temperature-controlled logistics. Orders placed before 11 AM depart the same day. Your zip code will confirm availability at checkout.
We offer a curated selection of vegan and gluten-friendly creations, and many signatures can be adapted upon request. Please note our atelier handles nuts, dairy, and gluten, so we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Our concierge is happy to discuss specific needs.
It is one of our great pleasures. From wedding donut towers to corporate gifting and bespoke flavor commissions, our events team crafts each occasion with the same devotion as our daily collection. We recommend engaging us at least three weeks in advance for larger commissions.
For the purest expression of flavor, we invite you to enjoy your donuts the day of arrival. Should you wish to keep them, store in an airtight vessel at room temperature for up to two days, or refrigerate cream-filled varieties for up to three. We advise against freezing — it compromises the integrity of our hand-crafted dough.
